My Industry Career - Pt3

So I want to reach out and start sharing some of my top tips and ideas especially if you are starting out as we can feel trapped & stifled. Here's a video where I talk about why it’s so important and answer the question "Why do we have to warm up?".

The Importance of Warm Up

It’s not just about your voice, it's about your head space. Whether you sing for fun or professionally it’s so important to find a warm up that suits you. Make sure it has some good generic vocal exercises - there’s lots of singing teachers out there but the exercises are from the same book so to speak, you have to find what works best for you. Make sure you have some technical exercises in there especially if you are working on the most common challenges such as range, tone and we all love a good belt (think Whitney Houston)!

I have also added a link to your first vocal challenge on our Instagram account..

I can help with all these things so drop me a message or a video if you want some feedback.

Enjoy and I will touch base with you all next week with Part 3.

What Our Students & Others Say

Pete Friesen

The Almighty, Alice Cooper

I've been playing with Jon for over 20 years now and he is one of the most naturally talented drummers I have ever worked with. His subtly of touch and musical instincts are fantastic, and his innate groove makes him a joy to play with. You know you're in safe hands when he is behind the kit.
